You can deposit from Mpesa to National Bank as shown below:

• 1. Go to your Mpesa's menu using your sim toolkit, Safaricom App, or Mpesa app
  2. Select Lipa Na Mpesa
  3. Choose Pay bill
  4. You will be asked for a business or pay bill number. Enter 625625 which is the official National bank pay bill number
  5. For the account number, enter your National bank account number or that one of the people you want to deposit the money to
  6. Enter the amount of money you want to deposit to the National Bank account
  7. Enter your Mpesa PIN and press okay
  8. Make sure the pay bill, account number and amount you have entered are correct then press OK
  9. Upon a successful transaction, you will receive a confirmation message from Mpesa
  10. National Bank will also send you a confirmation message of the transaction
