Zuku is one of the Internet Service Providers in Kenya. Given the high number of subscribers it now easy to pay Zuku through Mpesa. You need to be a Zuku subscriber or user to access their services. For Zuku TV connection you will need to install a Zuku satellite dish. You will be required to have a hammer, pliers, spanners, cable stripper, spirit level, and satellite finder.
- Mount the arm on the roof by installing the wall nuts. Make sure to use your spirit level to mount it around. Mount the supporting two arms on the wall.
- Place the satellite dish on the mount. The mount should be able to sustain the weight of the satellite dish.
- If you have a satellite finder, use it
- Zuku uses the SES 5 satellite positioned at 5 degrees east.
Zuku has different monthly internet packages as seen below.
- 10Mbps for Ksh. 2,799. You get free installation and a free modem
- 20Mbps for Ksh. 4,199. For this amount, you also get free installation and a free modem
- 60Mbps for Ksh. 5,999. You get free installation and a free modem
It also has triple play monthly packages which include the TV package in them
- 10Mbps for Ksh. 2,899. The charges include free installation. A free modem and digital TV decoder. 60 local and international TV channels, Free Zuku to Zuku calls
- 20Mbps for Ksh. 4,399. The charges are free installation, a free modem, and a digital TV decoder. You get to enjoy 60 local and international tv channels. You also get free Zuku to Zuku calls and free police and emergency calls from the Zuku phone
- 60Mbps for Ksh. 6,299. It includes free installation, a free modem, and a digital TV decoder. You get to watch 60 local and international channels. You get to enjoy free Zuku to Zuku calls and free police emergency calls from Zuku phones. If you want, you can purchase the Zuku handset for Ksh. 1,500.
- There is also the option of 100MBps
- You can also have 200Mbps
- The 500Mbps option is also available
If you want, you can add more channels to your triple package and enjoy a variety of shows.
Zuku customers can pay Zuku through Mpesa services as seen below
- Go to your Mpesa app or sim toolkit
- Go to your Mpesa menu
- Select the Lipa Na Mpesa option
- Select the pay bill option
- For the pay bill number or business number, put 320320
- Enter your Zuku account number
- Enter the amount you wish to pay
- Enter your Mpesa PIN
- Kindly confirm all the details before pressing OK. Make sure the pay bill number, the account number, and the amount are correct
- Press send
You should receive a confirmation message from Mpesa confirming your payment. Zuku will also send you a confirmation message to confirm your transaction. Keep the message in case you will need it later.
You can also download the Safaricom App and follow the steps below
- Open the Safaricom App on your device and go to the Mpesa section
- Press the bill manager section
- On the bill manager, you will find the section “popular bills”
- You will see the Zuku icon there
- Key in the account number you want to pay the subscription for
- Enter the amount of money you want to pay depending on your chosen subscription package
- Enter your PIN
- Confirm if the details you put are correct then finish the process.
You should receive a confirmation message from both Mpesa and Zuku.It's that easy to pay Zuku through Mpesa.
