Huduma Kenya is a programme that was set up by the government of Kenya with main aim of truing around the delivery service to the public by the government.
Huduma aids in the provision of accessible and efficient government services through the integration of various service delivery platforms.
Huduma Customer Service
These include:
1. Physical Huduma Centres,
2. Online portal to provide services 24hrs a day from a computer anywhere in the country,
3. Mobile phone services to citizens from the convenience of their mobile phones
4. Huduma Life App: The Huduma Life App is a comprehensive application by the Government of Kenya that provides a bouquet of Government and Private Sector services to all citizens.
5. Huduma Contact Centre customer service using a single dialing prefix that citizens can use for service enquiries 020 69000 20.
6. Huduma Mashinani: A citizen centered mobile outreach programme aimed at bringing services closer to the people at the grassroot level.
7. Huduma Pay: A unified and integrated multi-channel payment gateway
8. Huduma Card, to facilitate easy receipt and payment for Government services.
